Totally really really nice stay for 3 nights at Bannister's. Clean hotel, light filled rooms, stunning and gorgeous location in byron bay. Location just off the stunning Mollymook Beach, the Sea and Rick Stein restuarant, and the winery at Cupitts. Gorgeous breakfast with outstanding views and tea provided, for instance prepared by best staff.

The private outdoor spa tub provided amazing views while the calming sounds of the ocean enhanced the experience. Cocktails delivered to the room by friendly staff added a nice touch to the stay, while the restaurant offered some of the best seafood I've tasted, particularly the oysters and scallops. Unfortunately, breakfast service had a mishap with our order, leading to a disappointing wait. Finding the often-slippery access down to the beach could pose challenges for some guests.

Our new year experience was pleasant with friendly staff to make our stay welcoming. The rooms were well appointed and very clean, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable. The hotel also had stunning views and a perfect location that allowed us to easily access the nearby attractions. We enjoyed the included breakfast which was delicious and provided a great start to the day!
The noise level in the hotel was high and we were able to hear conversations from other rooms and slamming doors which caused disturbance at night. The noise from the nearby street was also a disturbance that could not allow us to enjoy peaceful nights.

Our spacious room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the buffet breakfast was a delight with a great variety of food. We loved the breathtaking views and the infinity pool.
Some parts of the hotel need updating.
